A Victorian man has been charged with murder over the death of any other man discovered wrapped in a blanket in Melbourne’s northwest.

Homicide squad detectives were desperately looking to track down Klay Holland after the alleged killing of 39-year-old Shane Cox in Melton ultimate Wednesday.
